By decrees 2011-283 and 2011-284 of March 17, 2011, the Marc de Bourgogne is now recognized AOC guarantee of quality and tradition like the Cognac and Armagnac.
VINIFICATION
This is the local brandy obtained by double distillation of marc (fermented grape skin) of a Burgundian wines.
CELLARD MATURING
7 years in Limousin oak barrels, with a capacity of 350 liters.
TASTING COMMENTS
It is far from always the case, but Jesus, that marc is well done! The beautiful and good smell and flavor of grapes skins are crimped to perfection in this Burgundian spirit. The ideal liqueur for real men!
